Sylvia Dubois was born a slave on Sourland Mountain, NJ in the late 1700s. She lived to be over a 100 years-old and was happy to tell you about it. Sylvia’s Moxie takes you on her bare- knuckled, no-nonsense journey from a powerless slave to a formidable free woman.
